30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

If your return is approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided

  • The return address will be supplied

  • A return shipping label may be provided when applicable

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We will work to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products that have been tampered with

  • Sale items or promotional bundles

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care goods, including ingestible supplements once opened

Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned directly to the original retailer.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different product:

  1. Return the eligible item

  2. Place a new order separately


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified regarding approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refund timing:
