Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Edible Growth.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact support@ediblegrowth.com as soon as possible.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@ediblegrowth.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, Edible Growth will cover any necessary return shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If a package appears lost, significantly delayed, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact both the shipping carrier and support@ediblegrowth.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations and claims when appropriate.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns that are not the result of our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs as outlined in our Return Policy.

If a return is approved because the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, Edible Growth will cover the return shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Edible Growth.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Edible Growth are legal to possess and receive in their location before placing an order.
